(Fenced Yard Required)

Pippa is a very friendly girl who loves people and other dogs.  She is playful and active, but will also lie quietly and chill-out with you.  Another dog in her new home would be wonderful. For some reason, she doesn't like toys that make noise, but loves to play with empty paper towel rolls.  Pippa is housebroken, but her foster mom is keeping her on a potty-schedule, for now.  Pippa likes to sleep on the bed and has not been discouraged in doing so.  She will ride in the car quietly in her crate, but "thinks" she should be your co-pilot in the passenger seat.  She is good with grooming: brushing, toenails, and brushing her teeth.  She walks well on the leash, knows how to sit and lay down.  Pippa learned to use the doggy-door after being shown one time, so it is obvious that this little beauty is very smart.  She is very trainable and her foster mom thinks she would make an awesome therapy dog.  We are making progress on her barking and separation issues.  She does chase cars within the fence at her foster home, so a fully-fenced yard of a barrier-type material is required.  Pippa is four- years-old, spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations, including canine influenza, as well as heartworm and flea preventives.

Height 16.75 inches, Weight 27 pounds, DOB 6/1/2010

Pippa has been spayed. She is up-to-date on shots and heartworm preventive, and has recently been groomed. Her adoption fee is $ 325.
