Stay hello to Widget. She originally came into rescue as Widget 1457. Unfortunately, the placement failed. She just didn't like the man of the house.  She came back with a new name, Lacey, which she prefers. She lost her tag, so now her rescue tag is 1478.  Her foster parents still consider her shy, especially of strangers. He will run to a safe place, but after a while comes out to see who is here.  She is a gorgeous little girl who is food motivated (watch your fingers!) and likes to know where you are. To be clear, she hasn't had a problem with her foster dad and his male pals, so there's hope for the men out there. Lacey is a happy girl who loves the yard on a nice day with her other dog friends. She is house trained, but quick to be let in on rainy days. She walks well on leash and is crate trained.  She likes to sleep in front of it, sometimes inside. She dislikes car rides.  She needs some desensitization there. She would like a quest home with little comings and goings for her retirement.

Widget has been spayed. She is microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, flea and heartworm preventive, and has recently been groomed. Her adoption fee is $375.
