NO LONGER AVAILABLE - ADOPTED. Callie has been doing extremely well. She is by far the easiest foster dog we have had! She is a typical velcro dog in that she loves to be where her humans are. Callie walks well on leash but does not do potty on the leash yet. She still waits to go in the backyard. For this reason, she will definitely need to have a fenced yard. Callie would do best in an active home preferably where there are children, as she adores our 2 year old and has been a big hit with the neighborhood children. She has never shown an ounce of aggression toward people, and I??ve heard her growl only when she is eating and one of my other dogs gets too close to her food. Because of this, it??s best to separate the dogs during meal times just in case. Callie is still very young, so has chewed a few toys and shoes that crossed her path! She should grow out of this phase though, and bones for her to chew on have helped. Callie would do best in a home with other dogs since she seems to enjoy playing with the pack and takes a lot of direction from the alpha dog. Callie is a joy to have around, very loving and affectionate, and would be a perfect companion for anyone seeking a loving, sweet, people-friendly dog. She is up-to-date on all shots and is spayed. Callie's adoption fee is $325. (AF) View her video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qenRDYh8iOI
