Rocky is a 12 year old male who has a lot of personality and even more love left to give. He is about 15 inches tall and 24 pounds. He could stand to lose a little weight. He was seized from a woman previously convicted of animal cruelty who was not supposed to ever own pets again. He has very itchy skin probably from unclean conditions and poor nutrition. He has lots of hair loss and fly damage to the tips of his ears. He is very loving and sweet and will talk to you when you rub him just the right way. He was recently neutered, had a hernia repaired and his teeth cleaned. He is uptodate on all shots, heartworm and fecal negative, and microchipped. Rocky's adoption fee is $100.
