Rowdy is pending adoption. He is a Katrina refuge from Alabama who was found roaming after the hurricane. He's mostly a sheltie except for the ears which appear a little Aussie. He's an absolute love but not for everyone. He's a very happy enthusiastic boy. Contrary to the way the picture looks... he does know sit and settle. We tell him to settle a lot.
