Tommy is a 2 year old sable and white. He is 17 ?« in inches tall and about 32#. He could lose a few pounds but we have not been concentrating on that. He looks puppyish with his hair being shorn but it will grow back. He is crate trained, house broken and can use the dog door. He is cute, sweet and well mannered. He does not get on the furniture or the bed. This little guy came to us from a shelter in Augusta and was heartworm positive. He came thru his treatment with flying colors. He will be available for adoption after 8/10/04. Do realize he is not completely out of the woods yet but limited activity until October 1st. He should then have a heartworm occult test @ November 1st to get his negative status. He gets along well with other animals and loves to play with toys. He walks well on lead. He has been an absolute joy to foster ? no problems. He would probably do very well with older children ? he is just a happy go lucky. A fenced yard is a must. His adoption fee will be $200.00.
