4 year old male Sable & White Sheltie

Milo is that dog that never meets a stranger and that you can't help falling in love with.  So say his foster parents!  He is a very playful four-year-old neutered male, who has just successfully gone through heartworm treatment. He is happy to be playing fetch, again, with the soft, squeaky toys that abound in his foster home! It's a toss-up as to who is quicker, Milo, or his foster-sister.

This very handsome boy is reliably housebroken, walks beautifully on-lead and will also take care of "business" when on-lead, if need be. Milo loves riding in the car, going for walks, or just being near his human(s). He is great with the other dogs in the family, as well as the cats, and he is just wonderful in the house. Could it be any better? He doesn't jump up on furniture, but he does love cuddling with his foster mom on the sofa. Milo is equally attentive to his foster dad, which is just great. Milo sits, shakes paw and has a very soft mouth when taking anything from your hand. He loves his treats, which include oranges, tomatoes and green beans, as well as those ever-present doggie biscuits. Because he is still so exuberant and loves "talking" to those squirrels in the backyard, he will need a fenced backyard. Milo would do great with children or with active adults.

Milo is 4 years old, 17.5" tall and weighs 36 lbs.

Milo has been neutered, is up-to-date on shots and heartworm preventive, and has recently been groomed. His adoption fee is $325.
