Layla needs a home with a strong trainer. She has been allowed to rule for too long. She accepts structure and needs to continue her training. Layla gets along with most dogs. If she decides she doesn't like one, it is pure havoc. Fights will be frequent. Therefore, you need to know she will not be the dog who will travel with you to the store or the dogs park. EVER.
Her redeeming attributes are many. She is exuberant, joyful and over the top loving to her humans. She fetches like a pro and is the champion tug of war dog.
Layla has been spayed. She is up-to-date on shots and heartworm preventive, and has recently been groomed. Her adoption fee is $375.
Sheltie Rescue of GA, Inc. does not have a shelter. Our dogs are safely housed in foster homes all around the state. Please note, Sheltie Rescue of GA, Inc. does not do out-of-state adoptions.
