** PUPPIES.. PUPPIES.. PUPPIES ***

>>> 06/30/13 Update - All puppies have had their 9 week old checkup and shots and are doing great!  They range in weight between 8.5 and 10.25 pounds.  They are scheduled for their Rabies vaccine in 3 weeks. They will then be ready for their spay/neuter later that week, and ready for adoption on the following weekend of July 27^th.

The one exception is Belle, who unfortunately broke her leg and has had to have very extensive surgery.  She is doing well and up to date with shots, but will not be able to be adopted along with her brother and sisters. 

We still cannot identify what type of mixes they are (even though we know their Mom was a Sheltie).  Five of them have long hair, where as one (Lilly) has short hair?? They all LOVE people and kids and other dogs.  They now have collars on, and are getting exposed little by little to walking on a leash.  

>>>Yes they are mixes, but so darn cute, and must have a lot of their Sheltie Momma in them because they are very smart little pups  ~smile~

They were born on April 29th, 2013.   Unfortunately their Mom died after being hit by a car when the babies were 3.5 weeks old.   All babies have had their 6 week checkup 6/8/13.. weigh approx 4.5 pounds and have a clean bill of health!    Oh.. and did I say adorable!   

 

All the puppies are in the same Foster Home in Alpharetta GA.  (5 girls and 1 boy)

 

Their adoption fee is $300 which includes all shots and vaccinations (including Rabies) and their Spay/Neuter.

We want to start the process of taking applications for those of you that want a lil pup in your family:)

 

They will not be available right away.. but you can COME SEE THEM anytime once your application is approved (first come first serve basis.. with priority to previous adopters) .

Sheltie Rescue of GA, Inc. does not have a shelter. Our dogs are safely housed in foster homes all around the state.

Please note, Sheltie Rescue of GA, Inc. does not do out-of-state adoptions, and a barrier type fenced yard (not Invisible Fencing) is required.
