From her foster home:

Josie is a senior female sable Sheltie. She weighs approx. 25 lbs. and is almost 10 years old. Josie is an older girl but, she still has plenty of spunk. She loves everyone, (dogs, kids and adults). Josie did not get the best care in her early years but, she is thrilled to be getting the love and attention she deserves now. In fact she loves to "tell" us how happy she is. She is now fully vetted, including a thorough dental. Josie enjoys going for a short walk everyday, she likes to have a little playtime but, then she will settle down for a nap. Josie will need to live in a home without steps. She had some teeth removed and needs to eat a soft diet. Currently she is on KD food.  Josie can see and hear but, neither is 100%. She is lots of fun for a senior dog!
