8 year old female Sable and White colored Sheltie

Zora is a sweet lap dog, and high energy at times, so she needs a home who will give her proper exercise. Her foster mom walks her 4 miles a day. She gets along well with other dogs, rides well in a car, and walks well on leash. She is a voracious eater, and needs to be reminded to take treats gently. She has not been cat tested and has not been around children. She likes to bark, and doesn't want to stop. But it's no more than other Shelties. Zora could easily run out a door, so she needs a securely fenced yard, and constant vigilance if a door opens to an unfenced area. She does not like thunder storms, but keep the tv on and she doesn't notice it. She is shy with strangers, but adapted to her new foster home quickly.

Zora has been spayed. She is microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, flea and heartworm preventive, and has recently been groomed. Her adoption fee is $275
